I like to keep things real here. Life's messy. The world youβre navigating is tough and rocky. And it doesnβt really work for people most impacted by systems of oppression.
Dealing with big life changes, uncertainties, overwhelm and negative self-beliefs is difficult. If your first reaction is to brush it all off or sweep things under the carpet, youβre not the only one.
But since youβve landed on this page, chances are that youβd like to change this narrative. It all starts with your story and the freedom that comes when youβre able to share it without feeling judged.
Because youβre not a failure if things didnβt work out the way you thought they would. And no, not everything that happens to you is for a reason. Sometimes life hits hard and thereβs no lesson to learn.
It takes courage, patience, honesty and commitment to dig deep inside yourself, let things bubble up and take action.
Bumps on the road are inevitable and sometimes you might need to stay still and take a few steps backwards before you can move forward. But donβt worry, this is part of being human.

I know what it feels like to battle with anxiety, low-self esteem and the story that youβre never good enough.
For years, I shrunk who I was in my relationships and hold my tears back when pushing the revolving door every morning at 9 am because I ended up in toxic jobs.
During those times, hypnotherapy, mindfulness and journaling helped me realise that I was the protagonist of my own story and that I could always change the narrative. At my own pace and in my own time.
This is when I decided to create my own business and combine these three powerful tools to help you navigate the ebbs and flows of life, dig deep into who you really are and your needs and figure out the direction you want to take.
