Ciao! I’m Daniela (she/her) and I’m so happy you’re here.

I know what it feels like to battle with anxiety, low-self esteem and carry the constant story that you’re never good enough.

For years, I shrunk who I was in my relationships. I remember holding back tears every single morning at 9 am, pushing through the revolving doors of toxic corporate jobs.

During those challenging years, hypnotherapy, mindfulness and journaling became my anchors. They helped me realise that I am the protagonist of my own story, and that I can always change the narrative. At my own pace and in my own time.

That realisation changed everything. I founded my business to combine these three powerful tools so I could help you navigate the ebbs and flows of life, dig deep into your true needs and choose your own path.

After a preiod of practising away, I’m now back in London. As a a trauma-informed hypnotherapist, mindfulness teacher and writer, I am here to accompany you on your journey.

My one-to-one sessions are a close collaboration between you and me. While I anchor the deep work in trauma-informed hypnotherapy to rewire the subconscious patterns that run on autopilot, I support your journey with mindfulness techniques to ground your nervous system and bespoke journaling prompts to integrate your shifts. Together, we build the inner resilience you need to overcome the daily obstacles that holds you back, allowing you to move forward with more courage, confidence, and ease.

WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

You don’t have to navigate your journey in isolation. My workshops combine guided mindfulness meditations and reflective journaling to leave you feeling inspired, nurtured, and relaxed.
