MINDFULNESS SESSIONS

I offer guided mindfulness meditations (30 minutes to 1 hour) on a wide range of topics including relaxation, confidence, re-energising the mind and body, self-compassion, loving-kindness, mindfulness of thoughts and feelings, the body scan and the 9 attitudes of mindfulness.

My mindfulness sessions are a dose of calm and nourishment for the mind and body.

They are the perfect way to start or end a busy work week.

Daniela created a warm, calming, caring and authentic space to share experiences and feel a sense of togetherness.

WELLBEING WORKSHOPS

I offer interactive wellbeing workshops (1 hour) combining scientific research with practical tips and short mindfulness meditations on a wide range of topics such as: mental health awareness, managing stress and anxiety, improving communication and building resilience.

My wellbeing workshops are experiential and give your team a chance to pause whilst also learning valuable techniques to improve their wellbeing.

They can be run as a one-off or as part of a series.

We all absolutely loved the session and left feeling lighter and like we could be kinder to ourselves. It was a real treat!

8-WEEK MINDFULNESS PROGRAMME

I offer an 8-week mindfulness programme where I combine MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) with MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy).

My programme teaches your team not only the fundamentals of mindfulness but also how they can use the power of present moment awareness to improve their work/life balance, boost their focus and productivity and better manage both their personal and professional relationships.

Every week I came to the session distracted from a busy week and every week I left feeling came grounded and settled.
