When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

  • Mailchimp for the purpose of sending you a newsletter and ad hoc emails with news and updates about our business. You will not be added to our mailing list unless you sign up through our website. By signing up, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

  • Stripe for the purpose of processing your payments. You’ll receive a confirmation email from Stripe after you’ve made your purchase. We do not hold your information anywhere other than Stripe after a payment has been made. For more information please see Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

  • Google Analytics for the purpose of improving our website. Google Analytics uses cookies (please see our Cookie Policy for more information) or other tracking technologies to analyse visitors’ use of our website including the popularity of the content, the number of visitors to the site, and to better understand online activity.   • Calendly for the purpose of booking a connection call with us. You’ll receive a confirmation email from Calendly after you’ve booked your call. By booking a call you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to Calendly for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

  • Quickbooks for the purpose of processing your payments. You’ll receive an email with the invoice after you have booked a one-to-one session with us and a confirmation email after you’ve made the payment.   • Zoom for the purpose of hosting connection calls and online workshops. You’ll receive a invite from Zoom after you’ve booked your connection call or purchased an online workshop. For more information please see their Privacy Policy.

  • Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

STORING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

In operating our business via Daniela Bragato LLC website, your data is processed by our staff in the US. We do not provide our own IT servers. However, third party shall have access to your personal data unless the law does not allow them to do so.

Obviously, we do our utmost to ensure that our server hosts are secure and fully accredited. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any illegal breaches that may occur.

STORAGE OF PAYMENT DETAILS

We collect payment information for each purchase but we do not store payment information on danielabragato.com servers. Your payment information is securely communicated to and processed via Stripe.

All personal information (such as your name, address, phone number and email address) collected for an order is used for the fulfilment of that order and to manage our customer relationship with you. We do not share customer details with any third parties.

On occasion we include links to third parties. Where we provide a link it does not mean that we endorse or approve that site’s notice towards visitor privacy. You should review their privacy notice before sending them any personal data.
