The truth is, I’m still very much on this journey because taking care of your mental health is not something you can tick off your list once and for all. It’s one of those tasks you have to keep doing everyday. Because you deserve more than just merely get by. You deserve to flourish.

Together we can co-create a nurturing environment where you can fully embrace who you are and what you’re capable of. I’ll help you find new ways to overcome the challenges that life throws your way and make positive changes that stick. Hypnotherapy, mindfulness and journaling will help you to live more in the moment, get a better understanding of who you are and what really matters to you and become clearer on your next steps.

I can’t promise you it’s going to be always easy or that I’ll have all the answers because ultimately only you know what’s best for you.

But I can promise you that my work is all about gentle invitations and never commands.

And that I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way, remind you that you always have choices and that other paths are possible for you.

I’ll teach you mindful and supportive techniques and show you how you can use your inner resources to better take care of your wellbeing and live a much more freedom filled life .

My story

11 years ago, I packed my bags and left Milan, my hometown, to get a degree in Creative and Professional Writing in London.

Picture me boarding the plane on a misty September morning carrying a dream in the back pocket of my jeans: I wanted to become a novelist.

After getting my degree, I worked in the communications and digital marketing world for seven years. At the beginning, my work was exciting but then it took a different spin and I ended up in toxic work environments.

My self-esteem and confidence had been knocked down multiple times. I stuck around in those jobs way too long, at the expense of both my physical and mental health.

Coraggio, Daniela” my therapist used to say after every session. One day it hit me. I was the only one who could shake things up. So I mustered up the courage and embarked on a different journey.

I studied to become a Mindfulness Teacher and in 2020 I set up Women MAKE Stories (WMS), my first business, and started running both in-person and online mindfulness and journaling workshops.

Since then, WMS transformed over time. A game-changing hypnotherapy session as a client made me realise its immense power, prompting me to become a hypnotherapist.

In 2023, I said “Arriverderci London” and closed WMS to welcome my new business: Daniela Bragato LLC. I now live in Seattle with my husband, my cat Coconut and my dog Nitro.

Qualifications and trainings

I’m committed to holding space in a trauma-informed way. I regularly attend supervision and CE (CDP in the UK) training to continue to improve as a hypnotherapist and mindfulness teacher. I’m fully insured.

🏃🏻‍♀️ I love running and have run 4 half-marathons.

🍕 My fave food is pizza. Give me a margherita and we’re bff.

🌊 I’m a city girl but the sea will always have my heart.

🪻I love essential oils and aromatherapy. Mint for concentration when writing and lavender to relax when meditating.

🍵 I’m Italian but don’t drink coffee. My fave drink is matcha green tea or latte.
