Dealing with anxiety, overwhelm and negative self-belief on a daily basis is exhausting. It can hold you back from being yourself, making meaningful connections and enjoying life fully.
When you feel pulled in different directions and there’s too much noise both outside and inside of yourself, it’s hard to make sense of things and imagine a different scenario. Let alone trying to tackle those challenges solo.
But what if I tell you that it doesn’t have to be this way forever?
This is where I come in. But before we dive in, I want you to know that I’m not here to cure you or fix you because there’s nothing wrong with you and you’re definitely not broken.
I’m also not about quick fixes nor do I believe in magic pills that will make the negative stuff go away. My work is about meeting you where you’re at, exploring why you're caught up in those unhelpful patterns and teaching you how you can successfully move forward and carve out a fresh path.
It’s about understanding yourself deeply, creating a strong and supportive mindset and embracing the good, the bad and the in-between in a way that feels more meaningful to you. Because no two stories are the same and the journey you’re going to embark on is unique to YOU.
I’ll create a tailored plan based on your needs and lifestyle. A plan that will give you solid roots but will also be flexible enough for when life’s full of surprises. Most importantly a plan that will consider the bigger picture, the systems and factors that shape our reality. A plan where you will always be in control of its direction and one that will give you plenty of choices.
You’ll learn how to tap into the amazing inner strengths you already have and discover new, practical and effective tools that will support you along the way.
With every day that’ll go by you’ll feel more confident and resourced. By cultivating more self-compassion, self-belief and self-kindness, you’ll notice a positive shift in how you’ll respond to the things that previously triggered you and you’ll be able to make the powerful, sustainable and lasting changes you want to make.
Because if it’s true that you can’t control external circumstances, it’s also true that you can take charge of your life and take small and gentle steps towards where you want to be.
On this journey you’ll learn how to stay with and validate whatever is present for you and accept who you are (also the parts that you struggle with) because each part of you deserves your love and care.

Although I can’t promise you that it’ll always be an easy ride, I can promise you that I’ll always have your back. And that the tools that you’ll learn will be another piece of the puzzle in your own journey of discovery and growth.
Because it’s ok to make mistakes, to stumble and fall. It’s more than ok to ask for help and it’s never too late to start again and pick things up from where you’ve left them.
By the end of our journey together, you’ll learn how to prioritise yourself and your needs, to pause and rest without abandoning yourself, worrying about falling behind or comparing yourself to others. You’ll learn how to take time and space before reacting and jumping to conclusions, to access your inner safety and come home to yourself.
Above all, my biggest hope is that you’ll trust yourself and your abilities deeply and you’ll become your own best friend.

You’re at the heart of our sessions. The reason why I work with only a few 1:1 clients is that I want you to have my full attention, care and energy when we're working together. I shape your journey to align with your needs and the goals you're aiming for. I create a brave, warm and non-judgemental space so that you can feel seen, understood and supported. There’s no need to perform with me or put on a mask. You can be exactly who you are knowing that I’ll meet you exactly where you are. And that together, we'll move towards your desired destination.
TRAUMA-INFORMED
Let's shift gears from the ‘what’s wrong with you’ mindset to a more understanding ‘what happened to you’ approach. This means honouring your full humanity, lived experiences and identities. And also learning more about the unhelpful coping mechanisms you’ve picked up to help you find the ones that really work for you. I’m not here to push anything on you because hypnotherapy is a team effort between you and me. I'm here to guide you, share supportive tools and help you overcome the challenges you're going through without assuming what's best for you. Because this is something that only you know. You can count on me to cheer you along the way and I can't wait to witness the incredible progress you'll make as you create the life you want.
A BLEND OF DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES
I combine different techniques such as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapy and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping. I also integrate evidence-based mindfulness practices and reflective journaling prompts.

1. LET’S CONNECT
It all start with you booking a free 15 minute connection call.
During our chat, we’ll talk about the challenges you’re going through, see if we are a good fit and how I can best support you.
This is also a good opportunity to ask questions - there are no silly ones!
I’ll then send you a recap email of everything we’ve discussed during our call.
If you decide that hypnotherapy is for you, I’ll create your unique journey tailored to your needs and send you a digital welcome pack.
2. OUR JOURNEY TOGETHER
We’ll have our first 90 minutes online session where you’ll have more time to share your story and experience a relaxing hypnotherapy technique. I’ll also go through the nitty-gritty of our journey together.
You’ll then have 5 x 60 minutes online remaining online sessions that can be done weekly or every two weeks. Whatever works best for you.
After each session, I’ll send you some follow-up notes and the audio of each technique we covered so that you can continue practise in your own time, integrating what you’re learning and making progress.
And if you need extra help, you can always email me in between sessions.
3. COST
The 6-week programme costs $900 ($150 per session).
Roughly £714 or 824€.
Payment plans are available at no extra cost. You can pay weekly or in a block of 2 or 3 instalments.

Hypnotherapy is the therapeutic use of hypnosis to help you change unwanted habits and support you with a variety of conditions such as anxiety, stress, fear or phobias, panic attacks and more.
It can also be used to help boost your self-esteem and confidence, improve your ability to relax, increase your sports performance and even your ability to speak in public.

Hypnosis is a state of focused awareness which is normally accompanied by a relaxation technique.
We all experience hypnosis at various times and in various depths throughout the day.
Have you ever driven in your car but forgotten how you got from Point A to Point B? That’s a form of hypnosis.
Many people describe hypnosis as feeling similar to daydreaming, when they are neither fully alert nor asleep – this can also be called the trance state.
When you’re in trance you tend to feel comfortable and relaxed. The intention isn’t for you to fall asleep, although sometimes this can happen too and if so, that’s fine – I’ll gently wake you up.
You might be hearing every word I say, you might find that your mind wanders or that you lose track of time – that’s totally normal. It doesn’t matter how aware or unaware you are during the process as it doesn’t affect the outcome of the session.
In this state of calmness, you’ll find yourself more receptive to the positive suggestions I’ll offer you and more open to embrace new ways of handling what’s challenging you.

I will use a combination of hypnosis and talking therapy to help you reframe your issue and bring about the changes you want to make in your life.
Hypnotherapy works at a subconscious level because it’s there that we store our self-beliefs and many of our behaviours, patterns and habits (positive or negative).
The process of hypnotherapy opens the door between your conscious and subconscious mind. Some of these subconscious patterns or thoughts can protect us, but they can sometimes hinder our progress.
That’s where hypnotherapy techniques can be really useful. Under hypnosis you can uncover a new perspective or gain valuable insights into issues that have been weighing you down.
You’ll come out of each session lighter and more open to the possibility of change.
During our first session, we talk extensively about you, what brought you here, what you hope to achieve and we agree what interventions I’m going to use.
Then I will:
Lead you into a deeply relaxed state (hypnosis)
Use an appropriate intervention to help you achieve your goal
Gradually bring you out of hypnosis
After a session you may feel uplifted, lighter and most likely, very relaxed. You may notice a positive shift in how you’re feeling straight away or you might experience that in the following days as the new suggestions made to your subconscious start to take effect.

Whilst counselling focuses on exploring and addressing issues through talk therapy and works at a conscious level, hypnotherapy works deeper into the subconscious mind, addressing deep-rooted challenges to facilitate powerful and transformative shifts in your thinking and behaviour.
Despite the clear differences, the two therapies are also linked.
Hypnotherapy has an element of counselling skills in its use and many counsellors may use hypnosis in their work.
The two therapies can complement each other and ultimately the decision should be based on your personal preferences and needs.
The most important thing is to choose an approach that resonates with you and supports your journey towards a fulfilling and transformative life.

Everyone is different and each journey is designed according to the person’s needs and goals.
I offer a block of 6 sessions to start with as I think this gives us a good amount of time to really address your challenges and offer you a variety of techniques that you can use to support you going forward.
I offer a free 15-minute connection call where we discuss what’s troubling you and decide the best plan for you.
You can always add more sessions if you need to.

Absolutely! Hypnotherapy can be conducted in person or online and it works exactly the same.
The main difference is that online you can create a cosy space, lie down and relax from the comfort of your own home.

You are fully in control when you’re under hypnosis and you have the ability to take yourself out of trance if you choose to by simply opening your eyes.
Hypnosis doesn’t work if you don’t want to be hypnotised.

TV shows and stage hypnotists don’t portray the real nature of hypnotherapy because their aim is to entertain people.
But you can rest assured that I won’t ever make you cluck like a chicken or do anything you don’t want to do.
You are always aware of what’s happening and always in control.

You can’t get stuck in hypnosis. You’ll always come out of a trance.
You might be reluctant to come out of hypnosis if you’re enjoying the visualisation or are very relaxed but that just means I’ll encourage you a bit more to come back to the here and now.

It’s really rare that a person can’t be hypnotised. Hypnosis is a natural state we slip into many times a day such as when watching TV, daydreaming or driving.
The most important thing to keep in mind is that you can’t be hypnotised against your will. Hypnotherapy works only if you want to be hypnotised.
The positive suggestions I give you only work if you want and allow them to.
Hypnotherapy is collaborative, so establishing a good rapport as well as having an open mind with a desire to succeed are key to ensure you have a positive of therapy experience and outcome.
You might get into trance easier than others and respond better to visualisation with a vivid imagination. Or you might struggle a bit at first.
It’s difficult to predict how you’ll respond, but with my encouragement and a bit of openness on your part, you’ll be fine.

Generally speaking, hypnosis is a very safe practice but if you are experiencing psychosis or have certain types of personality disorders, this therapy may not be right for you as it can trigger your conditions.
As a hypnotherapist, I’m not trained to work with people with severe mental illnesses but I’ll do my best to refer you to someone who can best support you.

I understand that this is a big decision so my recommendation is that you take your time to think things through and use your discernment before committing to working with any therapist.
Hypnotherapy works best with a clear goal or a challenge that you’d like to resolve or improve: such as softening your inner critic and finally saying ‘yes’ to more opportunities.
All you need to start this journey is a curious and open mind and the willingness to take action.
And if you choose to start me, I’ll be with you every step of the way.

After each session, I will send you a recording with the intervention(s) used so that you can practice and progress in your own time.
This will help you to positively reinforce these new positive patterns in between our sessions.
I also recommend that you keep a journal so that you can scribble down any thoughts, feelings and patterns you notice.
On the days where you’ll feel a little shaky, looking back at how far you’ve come will give you the boost you need to keep going.
These tasks are a fundamental part of your journey and are designed to further your progress.
Ideally, you’d need to set aside 20 to 30 minutes at least 3-4 times to listen to the recordings and journal about your experience.
No one can guarantee results and hypnotherapy is a team effort. I’m a committed to give you my presence, attention and care during our sessions but you need to show up for yourself and commit to doing the work if you want to progress and see results.
