Join us for an inspiring end of year event where you'll take some time to pause, step away from all the external noise and really focus on you. Come as you are and learn how to use the art of mindfulness and bullet journaling to close off 2024 with less pressure and more clarity.
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
I will kick off the event with a welcome meditation followed by some freewriting - perfect for coming home to yourself and setting your intention for the bullet journaling experience. Once you’re all settled in and cosy, I will guide you through a gentle meditation to release any lingering stress or tension and create more space for what you’d like to welcome in the new year.
Raksha will guide you through completing a Chapter Log, one of the most powerful practices in the Bullet Journal method. This ritual involves reflecting on the past year (or the life of your current notebook if you keep one) to uncover valuable insights. Together, we'll set up a double-page spread and take time to slow down and review the year—looking through calendars, journals, apps and photos. We'll explore what worked well, what didn’t and identify what we want more or less of moving forward. It's a meaningful way to consolidate the lessons we've learned and carry them into the new year.
THIS EXPERIENCE IS THE PERFECT WAY FOR YOU TO:
feel more grounded and present as you transition into a new chapter
reflect on your experiences and celebrate yourself, your wins and the lessons learned
reconnect with yourself and also meet like-minded people
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Your favorite journal and pen (and any coloured pens or markers you love)
A yoga mat, cushions, blanket and anything else that makes you feel comfy
Water or a drink of choice and favorite snacks
If you’re a journaler, you can bring any journals you used in 2024 to look at past entries
Optional: stickers, pictures, washi tapes and anything you fancy to embellish your journal pages
Don't worry if you don't have any prior mindfulness or bullet journaling experience - We’ll be supporting you every step of the way.
IMPORTANT INFO:
Mindfulness is considered a safe practice. However, mindfulness sessions are not intended to be used as therapy, in place of therapy or as a replacement of medication.
